The study of the efficiency of manufacturing wire combined method «rolling-drawing in the monolithic portage with prop»
Combined method of manufacturing a wire «rolling-drawing in the monolithic portage with prop » is proposed. Shows the conditions for the implementation of the proposed method. Based on finite element modeling is found that the prop allows to reduce the magnitude of the tensile stresses in the deformation zone and tension lugs, thereby to increase the efficiency of the process compared with traditional drawing.
Keywords: wire; combined methods of material working by pressure; rolling-drawing in the monolithic portage with prop; stress state; the failure criterion.

Device for hydrostatic molding of thin-walled products tubular billets with radial seal
In devices for hydrostatic molding of thin-walled products tubular billets used in the domestic and foreign industries, carry out the tightness of the butt-ends of the tube seal metal-to-metal produced by compressing the procurement of the axial force. This work describes a device for hydroforming with radial th seal inner cavity of the tube. It extends the technological capabilities of hydrostatic molding through the use of a tube with thinner walls and pain-necks in length.
